The day will consist of...

A coffee to start the morning with energy and mingling with other attendees.

A breathwork session to set a calm and focused tone for the day.

Motivational and educational talks focusing on personal development, mindset, building resilience and education on different training styles, nutrition and more!

Morning snacks and lunch, as well as supplement tasting to keep you fueled.

An inclusive workout session for all fitness levels so everyone can participate, have fun and challenge themselves!

Opportunities to ask questions during an open panel with speakers, creating a space for interactive discussion.

An ice-bath experience to end the day with the ultimate challenge and sense of accomplishment.

  • Can I come alone?
    Of course! One of the key focuses of this day is to connect you with a community of like-minded people. Please don’t miss out because it may not be your friends kinda thing, this is the perfect opportunity for you to also make new connections & friendships.
  • Who is the event for?
    The MBC Level Up event is for any current or past clients, aswell as anyone who wants to level up their education, mindset, meet and connect with like-minded people who also have an interest in fitness, fun, and looking after themselves physically & mentally. I, myself, really struggled along my fitness journey to meet like-minded friends and an event like this is something I wish I had the opportunity to attend. Regardless where you’re at in your journey this day is for you if you want to level up your knowledge, feel empowered, driven and a better mindset around your journey after hearing from all the incredible speakers.
  • What do I need to bring with me?
    After lunch we will be doing a workout. There are toilets to change in if you would like to bring a change of clothes or come in your fave activewear. Bring a small towel if you need for the workout. A change of clothes if you would like to partake in the ice baths. Water will be provided but please feel free to bring some more yourself.
  • Do I have to do the ice bath?
    No you don’t, the ice baths will be at the end of the day so if you don’t want to partake that’s no problem, you can hype the others!
  • Is the event indoors?
    Yes it is within the gym floor, ice baths will be within the recovery centre. Mingling time will be a mix of indoor and outdoor so please pop on that SPF!
  • Is food provided?
    Yes morning snacks will be provided as well as lunch.
  • What is the refund policy?
    There are no refunds on the event tickets. However you can transfer your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot attend.
