Brekkie - oats prepped always, no excuse not too
Lunch - hot chicken from the supermarket, made it in rolls and some fruit (gotta keep fibre up, don’t complain you can’t poop when you’re stressed otherwise)
Snacks - endless caffeine, protein shake, a mini Freddo
Dinner - 6 chicken tenders from Oporto, shared chips, shared rice, didn’t finish the rice cause we had no cutlery 🤣

Did I bother tracking the day?
No, but I felt great for being fueled better and balanced - that comes from looking at your habits as a lifestyle change, not just data to tick off 💫

Client Spotlight - my girl Jenny ✨

Something I see a lot is people putting their goals on the back burner because “it’s not the right time”, “there’s too much going on” or “I work FIFO, it’s too hard”

When Jenny reached out to me she was in a place of being done using those excuses. We started working together just a few weeks before Christmas, during that initial phase it was about settling her into a program & structure, while obvs having fun going away for Christmas so we paused any form of a deficit!

Since day 1 she has not stopped working,
showing up, reaching out whenever there’s been struggles,
putting a massive focus into her training,
celebrating her wins & always having a ‘can do’ attitude ⭐️

TMBC: The next 8 Week TLU is LIVE 👯‍♀️🚀

As we hit into week 7 of the current TLU (girls will know I hate to say challenge 🙃) I am absolutely buzzing the March intake is now live!! We start March 24th 🥳

One of the main reasons I love coaching, and get on so well with my clients is - I get it!

➡️ Having a lot of body fat to lose and thinking ‘you’ll never manage it, never stay consistent’ but wanting to finally prove yourself wrong, I’ve been there!
➡️ Lost 25kg and then wanting to grow some muscle but was terrified to eat more incase I just gained fat, yep been there too!

So my girls know, not only do I have the knowledge behind my coaching for the who’s, how’s, what’s and why’s but mentally, I get where they are too!

I don’t just want each client to get from X point -> Y goal but I want them to know how to maintain their results, feel confident and insane in doing so, so we get a different outcome and aren’t looking for the next quick fix 6 months later.. I’m sure a lot of you have been there also!

TMBC: The next 8 Week TLU is LIVE 👯‍♀️🚀

As we hit into week 7 of the current TLU (girls will know I hate to say challenge 🙃) I am absolutely buzzing the March intake is now live!! We start March 24th 🥳

One of the main reasons I love coaching, and get on so well with my clients is - I get it!

➡️ Having a lot of body fat to lose and thinking ‘you’ll never manage it, never stay consistent’ but wanting to finally prove yourself wrong, I’ve been there!
➡️ Lost 25kg and then wanting to grow some muscle but was terrified to eat more incase I just gained fat, yep been there too!

So my girls know, not only do I have the knowledge behind my coaching for the who’s, how’s, what’s and why’s but mentally, I get where they are too!

I don’t just want each client to get from X point -> Y goal but I want them to know how to maintain their results, feel confident and insane in doing so, so we get a different outcome and aren’t looking for the next quick fix 6 months later.. I’m sure a lot of you have been there also!
