The Level Up is not a stereotypical 'get shredded in 8 weeks', low calories, excess cardio challenge - so just so we're clear,

if you're after a quick fix I'm afraid I ain't the coach for you! I have a huge emphasis on sacking off the quick fix fad diets
and instead educating you on HOW to make a lifestyle change!

 

Life is to be lived and enjoyed - so we want to learn how to balance that with also reaching the goals we have set for ourselves. Learning how to fuel our bodies correctly, eat the foods we enjoy in moderation while reaching goals, having a program to follow in

the gym rather than going in and just hopping from machine to machine.

 

I will be there to help, support and guide you. But YOU need to be willing to show up.

If you're serious about making a change then this challenge is for you.

 

I also understand people enjoy different types of training. So if you're currently a member of F45, CrossFit, Orange Theory etc.,

but still want to be a part of the challenge for the support, accountability and educational side of things with nutrition that's

absolutely no problem. Just choose the program suited to you in terms of how many days you currently workout

with your fitness centre.

Yep they sure are. Personalised to where you

are right now and what your goals are.

WHAT IF I HAVE A LOT
OF WEIGHT TO LOSE?

Then the Level Up is an amazing place to start!
From a clear plan, to additional education as well as have you in
an amazing position with habits & routine. The only thing to be clear on, is weight loss is a process. Be realistic with expectations of what you can lose in 8 weeks - however, you could feel like a
totally different person!

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE
A GOAL OF FAT LOSS?

Then that's great! Setting your goal as maintenance will be amazing so we can really focus on strength, building confidence, increasing routine, habits, building muscle mass while having/working on a
great relationship with food.

DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW A MEAL PLAN?

Abso-fooking-lutely not! 
I do provide loads of recipes, example day of eatings as well as you and the community sharing recipes in the group chat to keep the inspo there, but no, no boring strict meal plans! (I do provide a load of education around flexible dieting!)

WHAT IF I HAVE A HOLIDAY OR OCCASION DURING THE 8 WEEKS?

That's brill, it's actually what i'd recommend.
Unless you plan on never going on holidays, going out for dinner, having a night out with friends everrr again - then that's a part of life and it's important to learn how to adapt around these things -

a lifestyle change ✨ 

You really gonna not get 7/7.5 weeks ahead of
yourself because of a few days? (that's quick fix mentality!)

DO I HAVE TO TRAIN?

You choose this!
How many are you training right now? What's realistic for you?
Once you secure your spot you'll receive a form to fill in (via email) where you select the amount of days suitable to you.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR THE 
HOME BASED PROGRAM?

Dumbbells and booty bands.
If you're purchasing some I'd recommend the sets where you can add/adjust the weight to ensure progression.

WHAT IF I ALREADY PARTICIPATE
IN A TRAINING I ENJOY?

Then that's great. If you have a good training routine in place that you enjoy and want to continue then you can absolutely use The Level Up for the nutrition, education, accountability and support - just when filling in the set up form please select the amount of days you currently train.

WHAT IF I HAVE
TRAINING RESTRICTIONS?

(ie. injuries) As TLU is not 1-1 coaching, training programs are not personalised to each individual. There are substitute exercises provided within the training program but please gain clearance from your health care professional before purchasing The Level Up. 

AM I REQUIRED TO
TRACK MY CALORIES?

Within The Level Up it is strongly advised to track calories for a period of time yes. This is firstly to get you to your goals in the smoothest route, also to increase your nutritional awareness. (there is a lot of education and resources provided on this to make it as easy for you as possible)

WHAT IS I AM PREGNANT OR POSTPARTUM?

Please gain clearance from your health care professional before purchasing The Level Up.
